Vikki brings almost 30 years of experience in Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll and has proven to be a valuable asset since joining the company in January 2007. Prior to Pella, Vikki helped grow the Wait Media Empire to over 100 radio stations, and several TV stations throughout the Midwest. She was a key player in all Merger and Acquisitions, successfully planning for and acclimating new employees to their new benefit and payroll plans. Vikki and Doug have been married 28 years and they have 3 children.
