As Chief Financial Officer and General Manager, I am responsible for strategy development, planning, and analysis of key financial measures. Additionally, I provide overall direction and leadership for our Commercial Business Segment. Employee development and a constant drive for continuous improvement to develop better, more efficient ways to get work done are passions of mine.

I received my BA in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and MBA from Drake University. My career started with 5 years in public accounting, then over a 30-year career at Pella Corporation, I held various roles in Accounting, Continuous Improvement and Product Marketing where I led the initial development and launch of the Pella Impervia fiberglass window line. In 2020, I had the opportunity to join the amazing team at Pella Omaha and Lincoln.

My wife Amy and I enjoy spending time with our 6 children and grandchildren, as well as travel and outdoor activities.
