I am responsible for the day to day leadership of the in-home sales team here at Pella of Omaha & Lincoln. I enjoy my job because it brings me joy to help other succeed and I want to build the best team in the industry. I’ve been leading teams in different capacities for the last 15+ years. Experience is the best way to become a good leader, you have to make a lot of mistakes to learn from along the way.

I have worked in the industry for many years. I spent 6 years working part time at Menards (part time associate), 13 years at Lowe’s (Sales Specialist, Sales Manager, Corporate Area Manager over Installed Sales), and now at Pella since 2017 (25 years total in the home improvement industry).

Education: Iowa State University – Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering

I love spending time with my wife, my son, and my daughter. We enjoy unique food (both restaurants and cooking), traveling, movies, and all sorts of games.
