Built by our long-time partner Nathan Homes, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in the Privada neighborhood spans 3,150 square feet and features a finished basement on a daylight lot. Our dedicated sales representative, Ryan Weller, collaborated closely with Nathan Homes to select Pella products that bring both beauty and functionality to every corner of this villa.
