The first step to begin your Pella Windows & Doors project is visiting our Omaha showroom. We have approximately 25 windows, 20 doors, and the necessary hardware for installation. In this showroom, you can see and touch the materials, which will help you get a realistic impression of how they would look in your home.

The second step is to receive a visit from our consultant, who will give you more details about your ideas for the project, allowing them to provide you with a proposal that aligns with your renovation plan.
Order Verification
Once the previous step has been completed, it is time to check the order to ensure no setbacks on the installation day. This is where the color, size, and model of the doors and windows are checked to ensure they match what you ordered, so exact measurements will be taken so that the products fit perfectly.
Warehouse & Custom Pre-Finish (Last Mile Service)
The next step is to begin manufacturing the doors and windows. We are proud that our products are manufactured in the United States, guaranteeing their quality. In addition, our Last Mile Service is a feature that distinguishes us from the competition, as it includes customization, packaging, delivery, and installation of our products.
Installation
When installation day arrives, Pella’s specialized team will visit your home on the day and time of your previously scheduled appointment. In addition to bringing everything necessary for installing doors and windows, they will protect your home and prevent damage during this process.
In addition, the installers will do an extra measurement before removing the existing doors and windows to verify one last time that the new Pella products have the ideal fit. The time it will take to complete the installation will depend on the size of the project, so before going to the appointment, you will be informed of the estimated installation time.
