As Trade Sales Process Manager / Trade & Commercial Estimator, I optimize and refine our processes through strategic thinking, execution, and continuous improvement, while minimizing friction for our valued customers, representatives and employees. I enjoy getting to problem solve on a daily basis. A few of my driving forces as an individual include work ethic, motivational, visionary, commitment, and intuitive.

Since being at Pella, I’ve been able to learn many facets of our business. I started as a Retail Project Coordinator, then moved on to Estimator, and then got promoted into my current position as Trade Sales Process Manager.

Education: Bachelors from Bellevue University

In my free time I enjoy golfing, spending time with my family, and grilling out.
