From the time we bought the patio door Debbie was in constant contact with me to discuss the process and who would all be involved.  From there she introduced me to Luke to discuss in detail the actual installation of the door and came out to take all necessary measurements.  He and his crew worked around my schedule to get it installed quickly and efficiently and will little mess.

A couple months later we decided to add the screen door and in door blinds.  Once again Debbie communicated all that was involved and let me know what to expect.  From there it went to Zac, a member of the installation crew who reached out to schedule around his and my busy schedule.  When we were finally able to connect he came over and installed the blinds and screen door and it looked wonderful.  But Zac pointed out a piece of floor trim that previously fit prior to the screen door needed to be cut down to fit correctly.  As I needed to go he offered to have it cut and ready and the next time we could connect he would take care of it which he did.

Pella should be proud to have such great employees and craftsman who are dedicated to installing quality products with great customer service skills and craftsmanship from all departments.  We will definitely look into using you all again in the future and will recommend you all to anyone who asks who did our door.  Thank you again for the great experience.

So glad we bought our door from Pella! When we decided to change out our current door, we immediately thought of Pella because we know their quality is superior. The knowledge of the sales specialist helped so much and the installers were professional and did great work! I highly recommend Pella in Lincoln!!!

I had a couple of shoddy no-name builder-grade sliders replaced and am very happy with the experience. The estimated installation date was spot-on, the windows were installed professionally without damaging anything, and the employees are courteous. It’s hard to find this combination anywhere these days.

My wonderful Pella experience started with Debbie and Aaron showing up to give estimates (to replace eight bedroom windows and a giant living-room picture window), and was completed with them bringing cookies on the last day of installation. Debbie searched for special wood-stain and outside-color options, and everything turned out beautiful. The installation crew (Luke and John) did a fantastic (and clean) job. They didn’t seem to mind me occasionally watching and asking questions. There was even a Pella inspector who visited on both days of installation (as did Debbie) to chat with me about the work. I’m so happy to have windows that I can now open! I’ll certainly be back in touch with Debbie if I decide to replace other windows in the house.

t’s been a pleasure working with Dustin! We have a pretty big project on our hands and he is very knowledgeable which has helped make our decision easier. In comparison, we dealt with a high pressure salesman from Renewal by Andersen whose sales pitch was centered around the inferiority of Pella products rather than talking about the quality of his own product. Dustin put all of our concerns to rest by answering our questions. We are completely satisfied with our decision to go with Pella and feel Dustin’s approach, overall, was much better and helped him close the sale.
