Jim and James went above and beyond in their professional install of the window. They were both courteous and went straight to work. I was amazed that they put down several cloths so as not to soil the carpet and there was hardly any clean up after they left. Which is very rare these days.

I just wanted to write a quick note and tell you how much I love my new windows. They look great and I can already feel the difference in the temperature near the windows. I can actually stand right at the window and not feel a cold draft, or any cold at all. They are just amazing.
Several of my neighbors and friends have been over for a demonstration of how easily they tip in for cleaning. I'm actually looking forward to washing windows - boy does that sound strange!
Thanks for all your help in choosing stain and hardware. The stain goes perfectly with the other woods in my home and I am so glad that I upgraded to the satin nickel hardware. It really stands out beautifully against the dark wood.
