Retail Sales Representative Shane Beaman exemplifies our confidence in internal promotion and the importance that we place on experience. Shane came on board as lead installer in 1994 and has worked his way up to the sales department. During his 14 years with Pella Omaha, he has completed 1,825 installations, racked up $6.1 million in sales and won numerous awards. Our talented newcomers always have the opportunity to learn from veteran employees like Shane. In addition, new employees bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the veterans. In that way, our staff and crews continue to be as dynamic as our products.
